2. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided by Renovating Homes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on the scope of work described at the time of the consultation and are subject to change if project requirements are modified by the client or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during construction.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules and terms will be outlined in the individual project contract. Renovating Homes reserves the right to pause or suspend work in the event of non-payment according to the agreed schedule. Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval of work.
4. Warranties
Renovating Homes warrants that all work performed will be completed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through to the client to the extent permitted by the manufacturer. Renovating Homes does not warrant against damage caused by client misuse, third-party modifications, or natural disasters.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Renovating Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services, including but not limited to delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
